It's our rotating East African single origin. One origin in the chamber at a time, roasted light-medium to keep the fruit and florals intact, then swapped when the next harvest earns its place. In the rotation now: Kenya, Ethiopia, and Rwanda.
Kenya: jasmine, milk chocolate, melon.
Ethiopia: dark chocolate, white grape, sweet toffee.
Rwanda: banana, chocolate, clementine.
