Start with 1g of coffee for every 15–18g of water (≈ 2 tbsp per 6 oz water).
Adjust stronger or weaker to your preference.
Brew Instructions
Pour Over
22g coffee to 350g water, 3–3.5 minutes, bloom for 30 seconds
French Press
30g coffee to 500g water, steep 4 minutes
Drip Machine
2 tbsp coffee per 6 oz water, medium grind
Espresso
18g in → 36g out in 25–30 sec
Cold Brew
1 cup coffee to 4 cups water, steep 12–18 hrs, strain and serve
