Verification Process

For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may include:

Authorized Agents

If you choose to have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf, the agent must provide proof that you have given them signed permission to act on your behalf, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
