At First Light Roasters, we stand behind the quality of our roasts and want you to have an exceptional experience with every bag.
1. Coffee & Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and our commitment to food safety standards, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. Once a food product has left our facility, it cannot be returned or resold.
2. The First Light Guarantee
While we do not accept returns on coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our team at support@firstlightroasters.com within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
3. Merchandise & Equipment
Returns or exchanges for non-perishable items (apparel, brewing gear, and accessories) are accepted under the following conditions:

Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

4. Special Programs & Gift Cards

Limited Edition Memberships: Programs such as "Coffee for a Year" involve reserved inventory and are considered final sale. If a scheduled shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.

Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
