We currently ship within the United States only.

Every order is roasted to order in Livonia, Michigan. We roast and ship Monday through Friday, and orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will get a tracking email as soon as it leaves us.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. We ship by USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.

Orders of $40 and up ship free within the contiguous US. For orders under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Expedited options are available at checkout for an added cost.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. Your satisfaction still comes first. If anything is wrong with your order, email support@firstlightroasters.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Merchandise and equipment can be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.

Yes. Subscribe to any coffee and choose delivery every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. You can change or cancel anytime from your account.

Keep it airtight, cool, dark, and dry at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze it. Coffee absorbs moisture and odors, and the fridge causes condensation that dulls the flavor.
