Why Northville gets a standing discount
First Light Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery on Industrial Road in Livonia, close enough that Northville counts as a neighbor. We roast after the order comes in, which is the whole reason the cup tastes the way it does. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.
Brazil is the one we reach for on a weekday morning. Natural process means the fruit stays on the bean through drying, and that gives the cup its rounded, comforting body without the sharpness some coffees carry. It is the easiest coffee in our lineup to like, and the hardest to get tired of.

We roast to order. Your bag is roasted after the order comes in and ships the next business day from Livonia.
Whole bean or ground?
Both, at the same price. Choose above. If you own a grinder, whole bean holds its character longer.
