The Drop Giveaway, Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. First Light Roasters Inc., 37055 Industrial Road, Livonia, MI 48150.

2. Entry period. Entry opens when RSVPs open and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2026. Entry reopens on site at The Drop on August 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and closes at the start of each drawing.

3. How to enter. Submit an RSVP with your name and email at firstlightroasters.com/pages/grand-opening, or enter on site at the event by submitting your name and email at firstlightroasters.com/pages/the-drop. Each entrant receives one entry regardless of the method used. Limit one entry per person. Guests who already RSVP'd are already entered and are not entered a second time by entering on site. Entry is free. Attendance at The Drop on August 22, 2026 is required to win.

4. Eligibility. Open to guests attending The Drop on August 22, 2026. Entrants must be 16 or older to attend. Winners must be 18 or older to claim a prize; if a winner is 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must accept the prize on their behalf. Guests attending with an entrant are welcome but are not entered unless they enter in their own name.

5. Prizes. Eleven prizes will be awarded.

• Four Detroit Halite Coffee Co. gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, and $100
• One Bodum 8 Cup 34 oz Pour Over Coffee Maker, approximate retail value $19.99
• One Bodum MELIOR 8 Cup 34 oz Cold Brew and Ice Tea Maker, approximate retail value $19.99
• One 2 lb bag of First Light Roasters Kenya, whole bean, approximate retail value $65.87
• One First Light Roasters Year of Coffee Gift Membership, twelve monthly 12 oz deliveries with shipping included, approximate retail value $299.00
• One Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier espresso machine, approximate retail value $549.99

Combined approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,242.84.

6. Drawings. Winners are drawn at random at the event on August 22, 2026, at approximately 11:30 AM for the House Blend, the gift cards, and the two Bodum brewers, and at approximately 1:30 PM for the Kenya, the Year of Coffee, and the espresso machine. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing. If a drawn entrant is not present, that entry is forfeited and a new winner is drawn immediately. No entrant may win more than one prize.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize conditions. Prizes are awarded as described, with no cash alternative, no substitution, and no transfer. Year of Coffee shipments are to one US address, beginning in the month the winner selects. The Sponsor covers all shipping for the Year of Coffee. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

9. General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the Sponsor announcing winners by first name at the event. Employees of the Sponsor are eligible only insofar as they are attending guests; family members of the Sponsor are eligible. Gift bags provided to invited creators and to early guests are not prizes in this giveaway and are not awarded by random drawing. Void where prohibited.
