The Drop Giveaway, Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. First Light Roasters LLC, 37055 Industrial Road, Livonia, MI 48150.

2. Entry period. Entry opens when RSVPs open and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2026.

3. How to enter. Submit an RSVP with your name and email at firstlightroasters.com/pages/grand-opening. Each RSVP is one entry. Limit one entry per person. Entry is free. Attendance at The Drop on August 22, 2026 is required to win.

4. Eligibility. Open to invited guests of The Drop. Entrants must be 16 or older to attend. Winners must be 18 or older to claim a prize; if a winner is 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must accept the prize on their behalf. Guests attending with an entrant are welcome but are not entered unless they RSVP in their own name.

5. Prizes. Ten prizes will be awarded.

• Two 12 oz bags of First Light Roasters House Blend, approximate retail value $19.00 each
• Four Detroit Halite Coffee Co. gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, and $100
• One Hario V60 Ceramic Switch Dripper, approximate retail value $56.95
• One 2 lb bag of First Light Roasters Kenya, whole bean, approximate retail value $65.87
• One First Light Roasters Year of Coffee Gift Membership, twelve monthly 12 oz deliveries with shipping included, approximate retail value $299.00
• One Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier espresso machine, approximate retail value $549.99

Combined approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,259.81.

6. Drawings. Winners are drawn at random at the event on August 22, 2026, at approximately 11:30 AM for the House Blend, gift cards, and dripper, and at approximately 1:30 PM for the Kenya, the Year of Coffee, and the espresso machine. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing. If a drawn entrant is not present, that entry is forfeited and a new winner is drawn immediately.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize conditions. Prizes are awarded as described, with no cash alternative, no substitution, and no transfer. Year of Coffee shipments are to one US address, beginning in the month the winner selects. The Sponsor covers all shipping for the Year of Coffee. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

9. General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the Sponsor announcing winners by first name at the event. Employees of the Sponsor are eligible only insofar as they are invited guests; family members of the Sponsor are eligible. Void where prohibited.
